A decade at Across the Pond, most recently as Director of Global Operations. Thomas helped lead the business through three evolutions. Production company. Creative agency. Strategy-first consultancy.
That meant: productising services, redesigning the commercial model, leading the business to B Corp certification, and building workflows and operations across London, San Francisco, and Singapore. The latter two he helped stand up from scratch, finding the right talent and developing them into the people now running those offices.
He also exec produced The Thinking Game, a feature documentary about Demis Hassabis and Google DeepMind.
By the end of that decade, he'd helped build something that didn't need him full-time. He realised the core value he was delivering could be delivered fractionally.
